This song featured in the movie "Iron Eagle" is you want an extract from the film that has this track playing in the background send me details of an e-mail address that you can receive it on? It's too big for hotmail I think?.

I already have that song when you hear the track on the background and I was looking for the real song old enough for rock&roll but I think it's impossible to find..

I have long given up my search for this song. I've even written to everyone involved in the movie that I could. The song just doesn't seem to exist anywhere outside the movie. It's really a shame..

Janna I really don't think a weak WinMX will have it...this song is RARE..and is giving everyone a redass who is trying to find it.. Programs like mIRC (100's of servers)(millions of mp3 channels) will supercede the likes of Winmx. mIRC has users ALL over the globe. Not just the idiotic americans. .

been looking for this song for about 12 years now, and it seems that it was just never released! Im not even sure if a recording was even released, it may have been recorded purely for the movie. Plese keep me informed on this one guys, Mick..

Sorry guys, I have been the same problem since the time I saw the film back in 87 (I think). This song is nowhere to be found. I have tried almost everything (called Germany to trace where Rainey could have made her last record etc), but nothing so far. And it is such a pitty. There are so many people on the web looking for that song, so that all of us could establish an association called "The Old Enough to Rock and Roll searchers association" :) Any way I will keep looking at your posts for news, and If I get something you can bet I'll let you know....

Iron Eagle 1986 DVD available at Amazon.com... http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/0767827686/ref=cm_rev_prev/102-0381006-6273768?v=glance&s=video#product-details If this is the correct movie, just copy the song from the DVD! or Call Paul (owner) at www.recordrama.com Record Rama has over 2 million recordings and they will burn a song on a CD for you. ...just called Record Rama, they don't show that recording being listed as available but they will look around. I told them there are many seeking this song Dan.

I have the audio rip from the movie with the song in the background. The single is just not out so thats the best you can do. Only cd I know she has out is single and maxi versions of Wild Lives border=0> href="http://www.angelfire.com/music6/vic/">vic .

I, too, have been looking for this song forever. Next to Twisted Sister's "We're Not Gonna Take It", it's my favorite song in the movie. neither of these were featured on the soundtrack, though; instead, we got "This Raging Fire" and "These Are The Good Times". (Does anyone else think we got the short end of the stick?).

It is one of the times that I test the value of the Internet as a searching tool... A tool that is here to help us solve some of our problems. And I am happy that I see other people too looking for the Old Enough to Rock 'n' Roll song. I would like to see the number increasing so that we can finally get a way to find it (let's get networked and try this! We have all been looking for that song forever and I cannot believe that we will end up in dead-end (as most of us have until now in the quest for the song) In the other thread (the link that Dom gave us) there has been a war made of nonsense and insults. It is a pity that 8 pages filled with no reasoning and meaning... A true pity :( Anyway let's get back to our subject Does anyone actually has this song? (on the other thread there was a guy called "Guest" that made the post of having made a studio recording, Does he exist? Does he really have it? Can this be true? Does anyone have a contact to any Iron Eagle film producer or crew? (most wise is to find the guys from the audio mixing of the film) THERE HAS TO BE A COPY SOMEWHERE. IT CANNOT BE THAT WHEN THE MOVIE CEASED TO HAVE A COMMERCIAL VALUE ALL THE MASTER COPIES OR SONGS WERE DESTROYED... "Guest" (the studio recorder) if you read this, please respond... And for the rest of us (the OETRNR seachers) we will keep looking I suppose the first of us that will provide to this thread the "first good news" will be glorified by all of us :).
