I am looking for the artist and title of a reggae song from the early 90's. Few lyrics as follows :
I took my girl to the dance last night
Everything will be alright
Tell them bad boy
She never knew a man like me
Cos i'm a sugar daddy
(chorus)
She said Get Ready come to Rocksteady
I tell ya little girl
A Get ready come to Rocksteady
It was released around the same time as "Here I Come, (I'm Broad, Broader than Broadway ) by Barrington Levy.
Does this ring a bell with anyone ?
Thanks
