Thanks Mike, but it wasn't "She's so high-igghh High above me" but "I get Highhhh-igggh-iggh!" I guess it was a mary jane reference but damn it was so long ago. That song only got airplay for like one summer (95 or 96) The chord progression was something like E- Eb - Ab or F - E - A(where b denotes a flat).

SIDGAR are you sure the lyrics were i get high and not sugar high? There was a song called sugar high that was out around 1995. They played it toward the end of the movie Empire Records and i think the movie came out that same year. The band was "coyote shivers" and the song was called sugar
high.
lyrics: They all said life's just a bowl of cherries but sometimes it seems like anything but Think again sometimes reputations outlive their applications
Sometimes fires dont go out when you're done playing with them I feel so funny deep inside I wanna kiss myself goodbye sugar high
Gotta have it really need it to get
by Sugar High Wanna feel it cant conceal it Sugar high
I can go out and not even leave the house A tv set and a bottle of wine
is just fine Crashing out on the old pull out couch watching saturday night live I guess that why When I think about my life I wanna kiss myself goodbye Sugar high, Sugar high
alright
(Zellweger) Out far and wide I've explored the deepest caverns of my mind To try and find an explanation
why I get this funny feeling deep inside
When I think about my life I wanna kiss myself goodbye Sugar
High
Gotta have it really need it to get by Sugar High Wanna feel it cant conceal it makes me high Sugar
high Even though I've got to live it till I die Sugar high Can you feel it, can you feel it sugar
high
The 2nd song your talkin about could be the band "the proclaimers" the song is(i'm gonna be) 500
miles
It was a hit rock song during the early or mid 90's. It was always getting played on the radio and they were a one hit wonder, i never hear that song get played anymore anywhere especially when they have a 90s playlist going..

i have'nt heard this song in a few years, but i know it was in rotation on Mtv2 in 98-99. it was upbeat with organs. the verse kept saying "i'm in love, i'm in lo-o-ove" and the chorus was something about wasting time. someone hook it up..

FOR PEDRO: "Joshua Ralph, or most recognizably J. Ralph, is a notable artist responsible for a variety of catchy tunes featured in television ads. His debut album, released under the alias "Spy," features the song "One Million Miles Away" which was heard in a Volkswagen Jetta commercial" It was a bonus track on the album "Music To
Mauzner By"..

I am looking for a song that has the words cup of joe in it and maybe go down turn around something like that. The band is kinda a 1 hit wonder from the mid 90's. The band sounded like a mix between counting crows Mr. Jones and Me, that heart in a blender into a beautiful oblivion song, and Presidents of U.s. I am sorry I don't
have more details. Any help would be most appreciated..

The greatest bands of the 90's, Stone Temple Pilots, Alice N Chains, Nirvana, Soundgarden, Pearl Jam, White Zombie, Live, Metallica, Smashing Pumpkins, but STP has to be above all, they have alot more songs other than those on the radio that would still be radio songs, but i guess you cant have every song by one band on the radio,
that would almost be a monopoly..
