Calloway Biography
Formed by trombone player Vincent Calloway and trumpeter Reginald Calloway after they left Midnight Star in the late 1980's, Calloway's first hit single "I Wanna Be Rich" reached number two on the pop charts, far exceeding the showings made by Midnight Star in previous years. "Sir Lancelot" followed the track.

Calloway returned two years later with Let's Get Smooth. The album proved their last, however. The brothers continued working with Teddy Pendergrass, Pieces of a Dream, Bootsy Collins as well as others.
