Formed in the early 1980's by guitarist Steve Lynch,
bassist Randy Rand, drummer Keni Richards, and keyboard
player Steven Isham, Autograph appeared to have little in the way of
limitations. But Autograph got lost in the pop metal scene in Los
in spite of the band's hit first single entitled "Turn Up the Radio."
The next year, the band experienced difficulty maintaining the
of yesteryear, with the release of the album This Is the Stuff. The
follow-up album, Loud and Clear, showed improvement in 1987. The band
