Count Five Biography
|
Count Five, a San Jose quintet, scored one of the biggest psychedelic hits of the 1960's with "Psychotic Reaction." In late 1966, the single climbed to number five. Count five could not emulate its
previous success, however. The group's only album and collectible follow-up singles like "Psychotic Reaction" mimic the Yardbirds, Rolling Stones and Who, without achieving the same degree of success.
