| Biography | ||
| In 1966, vocalist and organist Doug Ingle and drummer Ron Bushy formed Iron Butterfly in San Diego. The band later expanded to include bassist Jerry Penrod, vocalist Darryl DeLoach and guitarist Danny Weis. Iron Butterfly is well-known for its song entitled "In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida." | ||
